Placing an Order
Online ordering is safe and secure and available 24/7 using our secure shopping cart. Simply add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed with our secure checkout system using your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. All payment information is transmitted via SSL encryption technology and you may complete the entire ordering process through our website.
No orders can be shipped until the payment has been processed.
If you opt to use Paypal to send an E-check your order will not ship until the E-check clears. E-checks can take up to 5 business days to clear.
Sales Tax
Sales tax for merchandise amount only will be charged on all orders shipped to Texas addresses.
Processing / Availability
Many of our products are made at the time you place your order to ensure you are receiving the freshest product possible. Most orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 5 - 10 days for shipment. This does not include weekends and major holidays. We strive for the quickest turnaround time possible after we have received your payment. However, processing may take an extra day or two during very busy times. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times without prior notice.
Expedited processing service is an additional charge and is subject to our workload and product availability. Please understand, selecting an expedited shipping method for your order does not constitute expedited processing. If you would like expedited processing please indicate this in the comments area of the shopping cart or call or email us prior to placing your order.
Contacting Us
When you click on any of the Contact Us links on our site, you are able to send your email message to us. To contact us by phone during business hours (Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time), call 512.431.4720. There will be times when we are away from the studio or unable to take your call. Since there is the possibility that a voice transmission may not be clear, we ask that you also email us with your call back number if you prefer to speak with us in person.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel or change your order, you must do so within 24 hours. You must contact us by email or phone with your order number and information within that timeframe. Absolutely no changes or cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours. All special or personalized orders are Final Sale and may not be cancelled.
Shipping
We ship via USPS and UPS. The shopping cart provides the closest possible estimate on shipping + handling and may require slight adjustments to the shipping total. Shipping is FOB Round Rock, Texas. Packages shipped by UPS ground may take up to 9 days to some zones. Please keep this in mind when placing gift orders to allow for processing and delivery time.
Shipping Address
PLEASE double check your shipping address when ordering. If you enter the wrong address, it is your responsibility to make sure we have corrected it in our database by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Shipments delivered to the wrong address due to your mistake are not our responsibility. Should your package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Order Destination
At this time we are shipping only to addresses in the continental United States.

Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with our products! If for any reason you are not satisifed with your purchase, please contact us so we may assist you. We will accept the return of any standard retail purchase if the items are received back within 15 days of delivery. Once the items are received we will issue a store credit in the amount of the product purchase price. Sorry, no credit for shipping and handling charges incurred. Credit may be used for purchases from our website and is good for six months from date of issue.
We are sorry but we cannot refund credit card charges; refunds are handled as store credit only. If you are unsure about any product, we recommend you purchase a sample size before ordering a full size item. We offer sample sizes in several products or smaller sizes at affordable prices. If you ever have any questions regarding our products we are always available to assist you in making selections.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance. Should you receive insured goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent of the damage, keep all packaging materials intact, then notify us and the shipping carrier. We are not liable for damages that occur in transit due to the handling of the shipping carrier or for uninsured shipments. You must submit damage claims directly to the shipping carrier. We will be happy to assist you in making damage claims, however, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If you are unavailable at the time the shipping carrier attempts delivery, you are responsible for rescheduling the delivery. If you do not claim your package or you refuse a shipment and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping charges. We cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges associated with the reshipping of your package. If a refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable package is no longer wanted, a 20% restocking fee may apply and an online store credit in the amount of the balance less shipping charges and fees will be issued.
